The first graders had their final Jr. Achievement lesson on Monday and got their diplomas! The first of many diplomas to come :)
We had our fabulous Artist in Residency, Karie, come in this week. Thank you to Jenn (Sasha's mom) for helping out! Karie will be coming again next week to finish teaching the first graders about clay art and helping them finish their own clay creations! If you are available to help out from 12:00pm - 1:30pm please let me know!
In honor of National Prevent Animal Cruelty month, we had a visitor from the Humane Society come talk to the first graders. We also had a 4-legged visitor named Ranger come to room 112, it was quite a treat!
